Job Title: Telecalling/Telemarketing Executive

Functional Area: ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service , Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
  • Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services & Healthcare vertical.
  • Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs

  • Should have excellent command over English
  • Sales skill with good hold on English
  • Confident while communicating
  • Should have good interpersonal Skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer
  • Should be comfortable working in 24/7 Shifts
  • Should be comfortable working for 5 days a week.

Required Education: – Under graduate, Bachelor’s degree.

Experience :– 0 to 1 Years

Projected Job Growth:– 10%*

Expected Salary :– 2.0 L to 4.0 L per annum
