Job Title: Telecalling/Telemarketing Executive

Functional Area: ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service , Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Capable to generate lead or sale on outbound call.
  • Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
  • In case of Tech process having basic knowledge.
  • Handling Outbound calls

 Desired Skills:

  • Should have excellent command over English
  • Sales skill with good hold on English
  • Confident while communicating
  • Should have good interpersonal Skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer
  • Should be comfortable working in 24/7 Shifts
  • Should be comfortable working for 5 days a week.

Required Education – Under graduate, Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: – 0 to 1 Years

Projected Job Growth: – 10%*

Expected Salary: – 2.0 L to 4.0 L per annum
