Job Title: Telecalling/Telemarketing Executive

Functional Area:ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service , Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Should be comfortable working in 24/7 Shifts
  • Should be comfortable working for 5 days a week.
  • Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.

 Desired Skills:

  • Should have excellent command over English
  • Confident while communicating
  • Should have good interpersonal Skills.
  • In case of Tech process having basic knowledge.

Required Education – Under graduate, Bachelor’s degree.

Experience – 0 to 1 Years

Projected Job Growth – 10%*

Expected Salary – 2.0 L to 4.0 L per annum
