3. JobNex Services & Job Opportunities

JobNex provides curated job opportunities and career-related assistance based on candidates' skills, experience and preferences.

Job updates depend on available vacancies, company hiring requirements and candidate profile suitability. We do not guarantee a fixed number of job opportunities, interview calls, shortlisting, referrals or job placement. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employers.

Certain SharpCareer services, including JobNex subscriptions, project-based training programs and other paid services, require payment. Applicable prices and service inclusions will be communicated before purchase. Services are activated after successful payment verification.

Payments are generally non-refundable after a successful purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-utilization of services, early withdrawal or dissatisfaction with expected outcomes, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

JobNex subscriptions do not renew automatically. Once a subscription expires, users who wish to continue must submit the applicable renewal form and complete the payment process again.
